AFyB was founded in 1997 by Claudia Priscilla Merino Sarmiento, Esquire and Accountant as an office specialized in Financing and Stock Market Consultancy. The needs of our clients and the commitment to offer a more complete service to our clients has made AFyB evolve into a company which now also offers legal and exterior commerce business services since 2007.

The preparation and combined abilities of the personnel who collaborate within the company as well as the many professional colleagues of the highest level; allows us to offer our clients access to the best service in various disciplines. We embrace change and are enthusiastic and committed entrepreneurs affiliated to the International Association of Mexican Women Entrepreneurs, A.C. We have the tools to develop the type of business the foreign investor desires to establish in our country, whether it may be Manufacturing Industry, Commercialization or Production.
